Unable to trust people easily, can be rather tempermental, will easily betray people without a second thought.
Personality:
Child Self
Chibiusa is all sweetness, cuteness and smiles to get what she wants. Manipulative in the cute kind of way, she can make people believe she's someone not to be taken seriously then stab them in the back just as fast before they realize what's happened. She makes people trust her rather easily just to get what she wants..and she does it without remorse.
Senshi Self
ChibiUsa is tainted, twisted and molded into a child to fear due to Chaos tainting her thanks to the Black Moon Clan. Chibiusa is now cold hearted. Her tone rarely wavers from a cool icy tone, speaking formally, and in a clipped way. Manipulative, and rarely trusting anyone, ChibiUsa is very quiet at times and these are the times that she is to be feared the most. For it is these times that she is planning, plotting some poor soul's demise for her own gain. Even now, she has moments of childlike glee when something goes her way which she mentally berates herself for and hates herself for it because she's reverting to something she's not wanting to be..a powerless, motherless, and unloved(in her twisted mind) child. Anything that pulls her towards it, she rejects with vicious conviction.

Chibi-Usa stands at a teensy tiny itty bitty height of only four foot ten. Her skin is the usual lunarian pale skin and unscarred. Her hair is a soft cotton candy pink done up in 'bunny' ears with thick knee-length pigtails. Her eyes are of a deep crimson red and she has a cute little button nose and a round, chubby face. She is over 900 years old at this point but looks 10. Usually wearing a sailor-styled white top with a red bow and pink-heart shaped brooch, blue suspenders and a deep blue skirt, she wears ankle socks and red mary-janes, a pink kitty backpack usually on her person. She's very innocent and adorable looking.
Adult form (Senshi only)
Pink Moon stands at a height of five foot six inches with soft, pale skin and cotton candy pink hair with long pigtails and 'rabbit ears' as an odango style (Pointy buns). Her eyes are still crimson red but she is more adult looking, her frame slender and lithe. She wears a black mask over her eyes and sports an upside down black moon on her forehead. In this form, she looks roughly 20 years old.
Why/How did they get corrupted by Chaos?
Manipulated and twisted by Wiseman, Chibi-usa was transformed into something she'd always dreamed of being-a lady like her mother with powers like hers . Sailor Moon attempted to save her but ultimately failed and Chibiusa became Dark Lady for good. Tainted by Chaos and the darkness and jealousy in her own heart.

History:
Born in 30th Century Crystal Tokyo, Chibi-Usa was the only child and named after her beautiful and powerful mother Tsukino Usagi, crowned as Neo-Queen Serenity. Her father? Mamoru Chiba also known as Endymion who was crowned King of Earth. Her start in life was pretty easy, loved by the senshi mostly, as her parents were never around.
Despite her love of her mother, Chibi-Usa began to resent them as when they did come around they were distant and treated her as though she knew better about things which she honestly did not. This resentment started to grow in her heart though she did her best to hide it despite the Senshi starting to worry about their young charge. Chibi-Usa, tired of this, ran away, and came across the Time Gate where she befriended Sailor Pluto.
Then, the Black Moon attacked after Chibi-usa accidentally took the silver crystal (which bonded with her), and Chibi-Usa was forced to take a time key from her new friend. Using it to go to the past, she looked for Sailor Moon, demanding to have the Silver Crystal. What she didn't know was that the Black Moon would follow her from the future and wreak havoc on that timeline-all to find Chibi-Usa.
The unfortunate thing here is that Chibi-Usa was manipulated and tricked by Wiseman as he tempted her with the promises of being a lady..with powers.. ChibiUsa fell for it and Wiseman made her into a Black Moon Clan member..Usagi tried, but ultimately failed to make her go back to the light side of the moon..and so, Chibi-Usa remained Black Lady..
As to how she came to the Galaxy Cauldron to be 'reborn' is another story.
Shortly after Sailor Moon failed to bring Chibi-Usa back from the darkness, she was betrayed by Wiseman, who destroyed the Earth and everyone along with it. Chibi-Usa included.She died a servant of Wiseman/Chaos and her starseed was never purified. Now she is here, in the Galaxy Cauldron and there is a slim possibility she may, or may not choose the Light again..but Chaos is an addictive lady and not easy to shake off..

Transformation Brooch-A plain pink heart shaped brooch that allows her to henshin into Sailor Pink Moon-changes into a large black upside down crescent moon decoration on her red chest bow.
Black Moon Wand-a copy of the original moon wand but instead of the accents (Like the crescent) being gold, they are black and shiny. A fake Maboroshi no Ginzuishou rests in the cradle of the crescent. It has no actual power it's just there for decoration...a simple faceted glass ball.

Black Moon Heart Attack Level 2- Pointing her Wand towards her opponent Pink Moon recites the words, and a short-ranged (Up to 5-6 feet) blast of hollow black hearts shoot out of her Black Moon Wand. (Think Pink Sugar Heart Attack).Unfortunately this attack can be very unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It depends on the tone and strength of her voice.
Disabilities: Short ranged and Unreliable, needs to be spoken.
Darkness Cascade-level 1. Area affect. Raising her left hand to the sky, she mutters this under her breath and anyone within a 5 foot radius is plummeted into dark, blinding darkness. No one can see anything.
Disabilities: Static, Short-Ranged. Chibi-Usa cannot move whilst performing this attack.

Ki Blast I-Due to training with Wiseman and gaining unarmed Combat skills, ChibiUsa learned how to do Ki blasts like the Black Moon Clan could do. This causes 10 points of damage and costs 15 Energy Points.(Needs a Soul Check to manifest and Hit)
Disarm rank 2(2 points) Take a man from his guns, a woman from her sword, and they are less dangerous. This is the ability (body+ Mind check) to disarm an armed opponent using your wits, and your hands. On a successful hit, you disarm your opponent; hopefully they aren’t martial artists too! To keep the weapon your difficulty is increased by 3. To just have it thrown away it’s the check.

Impatient 1-Chibi-Usa is impatient at times and waiting around for someone? Not something she likes doing.
Phobia 2 -Being left alone or unloved. Chibi-Usa frequently comes across this as she's always alone and always feels unloved...she's very insecure at times.
Stubborn 1-This somewhat ties into her being manipulative but if she gets bored she'll drop it and simply go off and do something else.
