Personality: A basic idea of how your character thinks, acts, and generally exists…you can do five traits that are positive and five that are negative if you want.. The storyteller hates this part too!Raina is a kind, bubbly, girl who hates to be mean or rude to anyone living being. The kind of girl that just has to make everyone feel better, whether she has to hug or glomp others to do it. She is a lover of magic and life in general. Even with her constant need to be kind, Raina is no pushover. She has a strong sense of justice and love for her friends and family. With a strong determination, only matched by her high intelligence, she faces any challenges thrown her way. Raina can be the most loyal friend you may have or the worst rival to face. She is not afraid to fight for what she believes in and will not give up, even if it means giving up her life. Raina presents a level of love and adornment for every living being, whether it be ally or enemy. She often apologizes for having to fight her enemies, wishing there was another way.
Her love for everything is a great trait to her personality but can also be her greatest weakness if exploited correctly. Her high sense of morality, has had her deemed the title "The Princess". She hates to cause or see any bloodshed, and wishes to solve issues through talking first if she can. But if she can't do not think she will won't fight for what she believes in. Raina is highly respected member of society due to her confidence and attitude towards challenges. She is often seen helping the others believing they own abilities and strength. She is also seen planting new flowers and caring for stray animals through out the city, expressing her love for living things. Raina can not tell a lie to save her life. She believes it is not kind to decieve anyone and hates when people do it to her. She is not afraid to explain the issues of lieing to fellow person.
Raina gets along with others very well, but that does not mean she's a sheep. If she deems the need for her step up and help the leader in any way she will take it. And if there is no leader, she herself will stand up and take control when needed. She can be a very gentle but tough leader.
Raina's personality comes from her life throwing her so many curve balls. Losing her family at such a young age has made her sheltered with her feelings. Sure she will be happy but it will take a lot of trust and love to crack the shell guarding her heart. But once that shell is removed you will never find a more loyal companion. A companion that would even die to protect the ones she loves. She once even jumped in front of a stray magic attack to protect a squirrel. This girl has is sweet as sugar and can evil cause diabetes. But make her angry and she will make you pay. Independence and spunky can also describe her.
Appearance:
Raina is a short but lean girl with a decent size bust, and an athletic body. Years of training has given her arms and legs definition, but not body builder muscles. Her body is trained with physical prowess, and mental strength. Weighing in at about 120 lbs. and standing at 5 feet tall, she appears to be your average short girl next door. She has a kind of sparkle to her as if her positive personality enhances her beauty. Her eyes look of wisdom and kindness, but are contrasted by the fiery crimson they express. Some people refer to her eyes are a sign of her determination. Her hair rains down her back like a waterfall, falling to just under her knees. It is a shade of bright pink and gives a sense of royality. Raina is extremely attractive but doesn't seem to be aware of it or even flaunt it.
Raina normally wears a white bady doll dress with a golden ornamental belt around the waist. A White bow is normally seen in her hair sometimes pulling it into a ponytail. Raina constantly likes to wear bright colors and frilly dresses, believing that she as a woman can do anything a man can do, but while wearing a dress. She hates to wear pants. Her signature colors are white, gold, pink, and blue.

History:
Raina Lynna Scylar, daughter of the Prestigious So called Father of New Science, Reginald Scylar,and World Renown artist Regina Scylar. She grew up with expectations no other could expect. Perfection, Academia, supreme brilliance, little emotion, all things she didn't even know if she wanted at such a young age. She grew up studying hard, learning languages, and excelling at academics at a very young age. It was at the young age of 5 that everything changed. She had recently just joined gymnastics in hopes of making friends. It was there at practice that she received the news. She was pretty incredible at reading adults even if they think she could understand, and when multiple people entered the room, she knew something was up. The walked over towards her slowly and her heart beat rapidly. They explained to her that her parents were in a terrible car crash and did not make it. Its like all the air left her lungs, but she wouldn't cry. She knew her parents hated tears. Through the funeral and the wake, not a single drop of tear were shed. Her aunt Seria had her move in with her and started to take care of her. Things were different there.
Being her mother's sister, Seria was everything her sister was not. She was emotional, athletic, and attentive. Raina didn't have to study at all times or be calm and quiet. She was able to express feelings and try other ventures. Gymnastics was still a must but with the guiding hand of her aunt she learned to appreciate the arts, music, and even cooking. She fell in love with many different things, but her new favorite being swimming. She felt so at piece in the water. By the time she was 10 she had excelled in her academics and sports that many were jealous or spiteful at her. She tried to make friends with the others on her team or in her clubs but they all seemed to snub her. Was she so different that she had to be alone.
Even being as sweet and loving as Raina is, people never seemed to want to get close to her. She was too intelligent, or too perfect, or even too pretty. Every little accomplishment or even trait of her was used as a tool to make her alone. The truth of the matter is, she's lonely. People refused to be her friend for the very things she worked hard to accomplish and to make matters worse her intelligence made her say things that made people feel downright stupid. Raina also cannot tell even the slightest lie. In was drilled in her mind from her parents that lying is a wasteful habit and would not be tolerated so she can't even lie to spare someone's feelings. She grew up thinking that maybe it was her fault that she was alone, maybe something was wrong with her. This lead to some serious lack of self confidence when it comes to social interaction.
Raina was only 15 when she first faced a youma. It had attacked a student she did not even know from her high school. She was leaving the gym after her gymnastics training was over for the day when she heard a scream. A girl was being attacked by this jelly like blob creature determined to take her energy. She threw a chair at the blob and gave the girl time to escape as it charged for her. A bright light appeared in front of her and a pen like wand fell into her grasp. IT was aqua blue with a heart adorned on top with the symbol for mercury appearing on it. The words "Mercury Power! Make up!" Whispered in her mind. She raised the pen high in the air and called out the chant as she transformed into Sailor Mercury. As Sailor Mercury she found she has control over water even outside of her soldier form. She practiced and perfected how to create beams of water and use as an attack. She also trained her self in forms of martial arts, mainly focusing on using an opponents weight against them. She knew if she was going to defeat the enemy she had to do everything she could to make her self stronger.
Since then Raina has accepted her fate as a Soldier and protected her school and city from constant attacks by youma. She grew closer and closer to finding the root of the dark power that was spreading in her community. Sadly she never met other Sailor Scouts. She wondered why no one reached out to her but she still pressed on defeating foe after foe. Raina does not remember her death or how she ended up in this new area. She knows something happened but may never remember what. Her focus now is to help the other allies of good and defeat the agents of chaos at any cost. Will she succeed?

Senshi/ Knight Description: As Sailor Mercury, she wore the standard Senshi fuku without sleeves and the dominant color of the fuku was blue while the accent color was light blue. Her earrings, the gem on her tiara, choker, collar, the center of her front bow, skirt, the elbow fittings on her gloves, and her boots were blue, and her front bow and back bow were light blue. Her collar had three stripes, her earrings were three blue studs, and her boots were similar to Sailor Moon's, except were blue and did not have a symbol on them.
