Ki District - Yellow District, including all the entertainments, shops, theater, etc.
Murasaki District- Purple District, mostly farm and other pasteurized lands including rice patty fields.
Neo Crystal Palace- Central District, completely crystal with a large palace at the top.
The First Crystal City to be established after the Great Ice Age. The city has been ruled by the line of Serenity Chiba since it's establishment. In it's golden age the people in the city (and the other crystal cities) had immortality. In the modern age the old Crystal buildings have been built up around with more modern buildings of concrete and steel.
The Pearl crystal family rules here and has their main house here. There are representatives from all the other crystal families here as well as "secondary" main houses. Crystal Tokyo is considered to be something of a holy land.
The city itself is five sprawling districts that surround a island (complete with a moat like river) that separates the main crystal palace from the main areas. The palace hasn't been used in a long time. The Queen and her son live in a large fancy house in the Midori District. The five districts are named after colors- rumor has it they are based on the famous senshi. Each District has a "crystal point" though most actual points are long forgotten the actual point.
This is a very traditionalist city with a lot of true affection for the matriarchy. Even though there's some concern with the line dying with Momoka, and uncertainy with the crown Prince, there's a sort of energy that comes with change. Some people, young people mostly, are curious about what this all means in the great scope of things. Certainly the potential to "be" someone in this "new" court is driving a lot of conversations and parents pushing their young people to work that much harder to stand out from their counterparts.
The city, again, is filled with a restless energy. While the culture is conservative over all (Think Japanese culture) it's a little more flexible then traditional Japan. Respecting your elders though is still a big thing. So too is personal space. There is a small "resistance" movement, that is a new "push" for a more democratic government instead of being ruled by a magical-diety esk ruler. But the "Resistance" is still very small and more like vigilantes then an actual organization.
The other "unique" thing about Crystal Tokyo is that the main houses of all the other crystal families not just Pearl, have a "second" home base in Crystal Tokyo. This is partially because Crystal Tokyo is thought to be the center of all the kingdoms of the world. This was where the true Royal family of Earth lived and it's considered the doors of Elysium- the Golden Kingdom of legend. The Secondary Crystal families that have houses here are powerful representatives of their families and their families interests.

Current Government: Theocracy: High Priestess of the Ruby.
Zeus District - or Green District, including the hotels and mansions and other expensive housing.
Ares District - Red District, including the famous Cherry Hill Temple
Hermes District - Blue District, including the hospital, the academy
Apollo District - Yellow District, including all the entertainments, shops, theater, etc.
Vulcan District- Purple District, mostly farm and other pasteurized lands including wheat fields, grape vineyards and olive trees.
Delphi is the city of Gardens. Layers of Gardens that loop through the districts to the center core district where the Red Crystal Palace lies. Like Crystal Tokyo, there are five crystal points located in the city. However, unlike Tokyo which is roughly a star, Delphi is a series of circles radiating out from the crystal palace in the center.
Famous for the Gardens and the Oracle of Delphi, The city is a vibrant cultural mash up of multiple religions living in harmony. The Main religion is a odd mashup of Greek and Shinto. They are ruled by the High Priestess / Oracle. Traditionally this is one of the Ruby Family, who descend from Rei Hino and Jadeite, the King of the East. However, they have in the past made changes when other strong spirits showed promise. The current Oracle/ Head Priestess calls herself the Oracle or Ruby. She is in her twilight years, and for the first time in a long time she has not declared a heir. It's rumored she's awaiting a "special someone" but others state the old woman is just power mad.
Regardless, there are those in the city who are working on setting up their own choice of Oracle should the Ruby die before declaring a heir. (There are multiple "potentials" from a variety of sources)
The Ruby's son married Serenity Momoka in Crystal Tokyo. And the Ruby considers Momoka her daughter, and her son, her grandson. Giving the two cities deep ties, regardless of their distance.
Area of Influence: North America (Canada and up), Parts of Russia, Greenland, Alaska.
Current Government: Militant Empire, Ruled by Ioz Opal.

Neo Crystal Canada is a very militaristic militant empire. They do not judge by gender, but by the skills of arms of wielding weapondry and of the martial arts. The city itself is an underground series of domes that have withheld against cold weather and long tunnels from dome to dome stretching in a kind of "circle" around the northern part of the world. They even have a tunnel to the upper portion of the United States and Crystal Angeles, their sister city.
Ioz, and his Opal Family, rule Crystal Canada with a tough code of honor and military bent. It's not unusual to see troops training in the halls of the city or the trains being routinely checked for system errors. They are very technologically advanced, compared to some other places, and their system of transportation is one of the best in the world. As such, they also have ties to Crystal Paris, another technological city of whom they work exclusively with to provide security to their state of the art medical facilities and science laboratories.
This city is very...strict but at the same time, strangely laid back. People are fully trained with weapons and hand to hand combat and they don't fear because they feel they can take care of any problem. They feel very secure in Ioz and the Opal Families protection and fiercely loyal. Those who are not, tend to find other cities to live in after they are old enough to move on their own. That's fine. Canada takes care of her own.

Paris is the city of love, romance, and in the crystal era, of science and wisdom. Home of some of the most state of the art medical facilities, science laboratories and other technological wonders, Paris's electronic lights and wonders that maintain powered by magic and science, gives it a special "modern" glow. They work together with other cities, like Canada for specialized military forces, and supplies from more.... rural cities like Cairo.
The city has sprawled so much it no longer has a special shape. The only city that could offer more sprawling ways is Rio. As it is, the districts blend together a lot on the edges (more so then most cities) and it has one fo the most flexible populaces, depending on what's going on in the world. High Youma Attacks where the hospital and the science labs are pumping out cures and alternative weapons means the city is filled to the brim with hopeful doctors and scientists.... other times when the world is quiet, only the more hard core "24/7" obsessive types stay. Others go out into the other cities and the world looking for challenges and experiments.

Crystal Cairo is a nomadic city. While their actual city has the shape of a star, like Tokyo, and it has districts, the city itself is only really used during the winter months. During the rest of the year, the city remains mostly abandoned as the tribes and people of Cairo go out into Africa to end large tracts of land and animal husbandry, going with the herds and exploring the land. They are a very nomadic people who are very individualistic in small family groups.
The Twin Queens rule the city on camel back. It's said the two sisters have a telepathic connection that allow them to be basically in two places at once. They both travel, extensively, both on land and on the Nile, observing their land and solving conflicts. Their people are fierce and individual with loud voices and equally loud opinions. However, at the end of the day, all of those who call Crystal Cairo home acknowledge the wisdom of their queens and will do what they request. They are happy, loud, rowdy and most of the other cities consider them ... a bit barbarian in their culture and ways.
This is a bit surprising as both Venus and Kunzite, who founded their city were considered very civilized. And truthfully their people are usually Stoic and Passionate but it's like a weird switch, you can never tell if you are going to get beauty or the beast.
