She awoke on a stone slab, it was cold, and unrelenting. Casting her gaze about she didn't immediately notice the deep, deep red rose in her hands, with a small note attached to it. Golden-hued eyes widened at the space around her..how had she gotten here of all places? As she moved, a soft 'clink' was heard as a deep gold crystal fell out of the center of the rose. It was on a chain, which made the 15 year old raise her eyebrows. Wordlessly she picked it up and looked it over. Without really thinking about it, the girl slipped the chain over her head and put the necklace on, it was warm..like a summer day against her skin. Getting up she stared at the red rose which was almost black at the tips it was such a deep hue. "Oh.." She breathed out, her voice breaking the silence.
"What a pretty rose.." She inhaled it's scent, smiling quietly then read the note that had come with the crystal and the rose. "Elysian?" She murmured curiously."I wonder where that is..?" Standing up, Terra gave a quiet groan and an 'oof' before she managed to fully stand. "Okay sooo..where do I go from here?" She tilted her head slightly to the side. Only now did she notice all the figures on the slabs. Shaking it off, Terra headed towards the stage, trying to get a better view of things and where she should go. "Uhmn...crap..where do I go.....where's this..Elysian..?" She referred to the note again, looking at all the symbols on the bowl's walls trying to figure it out.
"Hmm..."

The first thing Tuyen became aware of was that he was lying on something cold and hard. A slab, he thought to himself. I'm dead.
But if he was dead, would he be able to contemplate his own demise? The scientific part of his mind reminded him there was no evidence for the existence of the human soul, much less for the reality of the Heaven and Hell he had heard so much about growing up. But yet, here he was... wherever "here" was...
Slowly his eyes opened to find neither pearly gates nor pits of flame. There were stars, planets, galaxies- the entire universe unfolded before him. He sat up just as slowly, his maroon eyes taking in the myriad celestial bodies displayed on what looked like stadium seating all around. It took a few minutes to discover there were other kinds of bodies there- the human kind, and lots of them, lying on slabs of their own. Some of them were beginning to stir as well. But who were they? And what was this place? Some kind of Purgatory? Or was this really what death was like; a weird celestial stadium where everyone just... just what? What were you supposed to do in a place like that? As he finally looked down (or he guessed it was down? it was hard to tell with stars all around) he found a plain gray stage with nothing on it but a pair of... mirrors? Portals? More likely the latter, since they didn't seem to be reflecting anything in front of them.
"Where the hell am I?" he asked- aloud, for the dubious comfort of hearing his own voice. "What's going on? And who are all these people?" That line of questioning was soon interrupted by an "Ow!"
Tuyen looked down at the seat beside him where his hand had landed, only to find something he would've thought impossible to exist. It was an ice blue rose in full bloom... like the roses that weird clique at his school had been into? And there was a small crystal that seemed to be... origami? Even stranger, he could see parts of words on its surfaces. He carefully began to unfold the figure, trying not to tear the paper. (He was mostly successful, anyway.) Not that he thought all the answers would be found on that small piece of paper, but it gave him something to do. Annnnnnnnd... the letter he found inside made absolutely no sense. Well, it did say he had died, which he had kind of thought so, but then it went on to all that reincarnation stuff, and he almost stopped reading right then, due to the ridiculousness of it. Almost. You see, Tuyen had nightmares... very vivid nightmares that disturbed his sleep several times a week... and some of the details he read seemed rather familiar. Part of him wanted to throw the letter away- it was crazy! But the other part of him, the one that thought some of those words seemed familiar, won out. He began to carefully try to fold the crystal back into its original shape.

A voice drew Terra out of her ponderings about where the hell this 'Elysian' would be and her golden gaze was drawn upwards from where she stood on the stage only to widen considerably. Tuyen.....he was here too?! She bolted from the stage and scrambled up to over where he was, her fuku disappearing for the time being...thank god..that skirt had been far too short.
"TUYEN!" She shouted happily, as usual tripping over her own two feet and falling down. Cursing to herself she scrambled up and made sure she hadn't damaged the rose-she hadn't. A sigh of relief escaped her and she decided to simply tuck the rose in behind her ear to keep it safe. Folding the note from Gaia up, she stowed it into her left front pocket then rushed over to Tuyen and sat down beside him, a huge grin on her face.
"I thought I'd be the only one here that actually was from Claremont!" She said breathlessly, the running and the tripping had knocked the wind out of her. "I'm so glad to see someone I know here, I'm not entirely sure what's going on but I'm so happy to have a friend to figure this all out with. I don't know if you remember anything or not from how we got here but I seem to have issues remembering." She shook her head. "Anyway, are you okay? You're not hurt at all are you?" She tucked the golden crystal once again under her shirt (it had bounced out when she'd gone running up to Tuyen) and smiled brightly. She had a friend..she wasn't alone and that's what she was happy about.

Tuyen heard his name being called, and turned just in time to see a girl with long, green-tipped white hair trip and fall running up a set of stairs. The girl pulled herself up and hurried over to where he sat, taking a seat next to him. She began gushing about how glad she was to see someone she knew. As soon as the brown sailor fuku she had been wearing vanished he knew who she was. It didn't even occur to him to wonder how she knew who he was behind the white feathered mask and strange blue suit; he had been so worried about the issue of his own mortality that the fact he'd woken up in the costume didn't really even register. Instead he found himself wondering, if he was dead, how could she see him at all?
"Y-you can see me?" he asked. "But I was told I was- wait, if you're here, too, does that mean you're- I mean... are we both... dead?"

"...What's with the get up?" Terra looked him over in surprise and tilted her head then listened as he spoke. "Yeah I can see you just fine..and.." She bit down on her bottom lip, staring at the floor beneath their feet.
"I guess we did die...I don't know why..or how we died...but I guess we did.." She trailed off with a heavy sigh and ran a hand through her hair. "I'm not 100% sure where we are but apparently there's a place called Elysian we can go?" She shrugged a little bit. "I kind of wanna check it out, if you'll come with me..I don't wanna go alone."

Tuyen looked down and was surprised to find himself wearing the strange blue suit. So had his "nightmare" not been a dream after all?
"Um, yeah... that's a little hard to explain," he said about the outfit, "and so is that happened... I mean, if it really happened like I think. It could have just been a nightmare; I have a lot of those. But I remember fighting against some bony creature. We won, but just barely. And then there were these nukes, and we all tried to stop them but we couldn't, and then everything around just started freezing. That's the last thing I remember. I don't want to believe it's real, but look where we are." He gestured around to their surroundings as if that made everything obvious.
The mention of a place called Elysian made him gasp, as his hand went to the small paper crystal... er, what used to be a crystal, anyway. He hadn't quite yet worked out how to refold it right, although with his knowledge of mathematics it probably wouldn't have taken him long.
"I got a letter here that says something about Elysian. I'm supposed to go there and meditate to talk to somebody from the past, or something like that." He shrugged. "I'm not even sure I know how to meditate."

Terra stayed silent as Tuyen spoke, a sort of 'hmm' look appearing on her face. "A bony creature? Sounds to me like you need to not have caffiene before bed." She teased, nudging him gently. "My letter says that too actually, but I don't know where it is...I'd say ask someone but everyone still seems to be asleep." She shook her head. "Maybe if we go up to the rim of this place we can find Elysian? I'm not one for heights but it could be the only way we can gauge where we need to go."
With that Terra stood up, brushing her jeans off a little then starting to head towards the rim, the crystal hidden underneath her shirt getting a little warmer but she didn't really notice it for the time being. She was too focused on finding where this 'Elysian' was. Getting up to the top of the bowl she swallowed, and poked her head up over the rim, looking around. "..This place is weird...it looks all desert-y..."

"I'm being serious," he said indignantly, but then was forced to add much more sheepishly, "Well, I can't guarantee it's not just a nightmare... but it seemed real..."
He looked around at the other bodies lying on their own respective slabs. A shiver ran down his spine. No, they're not asleep, he thought. They're all dead... just like us.
By then Terra had decided they should go up to the rim and see if they could find Elysian. But even though she had gotten up ahead of him he didn't have to run to catch up to her. A minute or two of climbing many stairs eventually got them to the top, where Terra peeked her head over, but rather than the vastness of space, she declared that she saw some sort of desert.
"What?" he asked, but didn't look himself. He was too busy studying the symbols around the rim. He knew some of them- astronomical signs for celestial objects all around the solar system- but some of them looked much less familiar. "So, um, how will we know this Elysian place even if we do ever find it?"

She came into herself and awoke with a gasp of air. She rolled off the slab and hit her knees. Her green hair sprawling all around her as she pulled a staff that looked way too much like a key to be... well.. anything else. She looked around frantically for... someone? something? Whatever it was, it wasn't a transformed Tuyen or the very normal looking Terra. Large purple eyes stared at the two of them a moment before she vanished the staff back to whereever it had been before.
Like Terra's henshin, Pluto's was mostly white with black skirt, boots, collar and red bows fore and aft. She didn't seem to disturbed by her appearance, or even with her surroundings. She took a breath and steadied herself back to her feet. She drew a hand through her hair and pulled it toward her face as if studying the color and texture. Then it too was set to one side as she looked about herself again.
She moved over toward them after a moment. "Excuse me..?" She tried English first, the girl looked less likely to know Japanese then English... Call her a little biased. "I don't mean to interrupt, but I was wondering if you... if either of you knew a Sailor Pluto like me? Or... perhaps not exactly like me?" The unhenshined one didn't look very familiar.. but other might be someone familiar...

"Honestly I have no idea..but it's what the letter to me said so I'm gonna find it..but the problem is I don't know where it i-Oh! Hello!" Terra smiled brightly at the green-haired lady that had spoken, looking her over. She had a sense of timelessness (haha! TIME PUN) around her and Terra couldn't help but stare at her beauty. That long, thick green hair and those eyes..so young but so old and so effortlessly beautiful.
"I'm sorry, but I have no idea who you are." She said apologetically. "I don't even know a Sailor Pluto..never have I don't think, I'm not sure. Oh where are my manners, I'm Terra!" She walked over to her, the golden crystal making itself known with her slightly bouncy steps. "It's nice to meet you Pluto!" She wasn't usually this..friendly but she liked the feeling around Kasumi, it was kind and almost motherly in feeling and Terra was drawn to it slightly.
"I hate to ask questions but do you know maybe where Elysian is?" She asked curiously. "See...my friend here and I both got this letter.." She took it out and read it again. "That said there's a place called Elysian we can go if we have any questions and I'm really curious as to where it is, d'you think you can help us, possibly?."

Tuyen was still studying the symbols around the top of the bowl when a voice piped up from behind them, speaking halting English. He turned around to see a Sailor Senshi with long green hair, who asked them whether they knew a Sailor Pluto like her. "A" Sailor Pluto? Was there more than one? But something about her outfit and that green hair did seem familiar...
"I... might have," he replied. "The first Sailor Senshi I ever saw looked a lot like you. I mean, I never asked her name, so I don't know if she was called Pluto, but maybe..."
Before he could even finish the thought, Terra was babbling on about Elysian and the letters. Tuyen nudged her lightly. How could she be so trusting? They didn't know this green-haired girl, and already Terra was telling her name and all their business!

Terra? She gave a small smile to Tuyen before she released her henshin. When her transformation faded, she was standing only at 5'0"... Her hair was now closer to black or purple and in general, she looked.. well.. more ordinary.. more or less Japanese in flavor. She gave Terra a grin. "I'll have to henshin back if something happens... but nothings popped up and there aren't any Youma about. Gomen, I should have explained before. I can sense that time is out of order here. Space too. There is no telling what reflections of the past, present or future are. Neither of you seem familiar to me."
She tucked her hands behind her back and smiled a bit. "Elysian was the Golden Kingdom... let's see..." She turned on the balls of her feet and scanned the horizon. She pointed to the top of what seemed to be something like a greek temple. "There. That should be Elysian... The Crystal looks like my home, Crystal Tokyo... And Set...that is my past life can recognize the moon palace.... And.." Her voice faltered when she spotted the Sol Rhapsody gently making it's way overhead. "That... shouldn't be here..."
She pulled out her henshin stick, a slender pen with the symbol of Pluto on it. She didn't shout her hension, but her grip was white knuckled. She looked to Terra. "I would stick to those three places, Crystal Tokyo, Moon Palace or Elysian... The other places on the horizon wouldn't be good to visit. I can sense a dark energy over them..." She implied Sol Rhapsody. She meant too.. Her eyes shifted often to try to focus on it as it passed.

Terra's eyes widened as the girl dehenshined and she stepped back in surprise. This girl was even prettier when she wasn't henshined! She looked at the pen a moment then tilted her head. "Hey..." She patted her jeans then blinked and pulled out her own from the back pocket a plain, brown pen with the symbol of Earth on the top of it. "I have one of those too...I guess? I dunno how it works though." she looked it over curiously then blinked and looked over at the greek temple.
"Will you come with us? Please? It's obvious you know more about stuff that's going on than I or my friend do..I don't wanna be caught by surprise..I've never fought really..not before..though I guess fighting people that were under mind control and hitting them over the head with a bat kinda counts.." she shrugged. "What're Youma?" she asked, having probably a million questions and hoping all of them would be answered in time. "Also, where are we and what is that?" Terra pointed over at Sol Rhapsody. "Or that?" She pointed towards the Crystal Tower. "Where are we exactly?"

He entered into the bowl carelessly, silver mask gleaming in the starlight, looking quite aghast that he had multiple companions. "Oh drat, and I was going to... Oh to hell with it, if they have an issue with it, I will kill them." He shifted his hands behind his back, canted his head to the side, and smirked slightly. "Time to have a little fun."

He was looking them over, waiting, expectantly. He seemed so calm and composed despite singing a guttural language, that had such raw emotions to it. "How many of you are like that fair Dragonborn, I wonder? Do you have the will to oppose the surge of Entropy?" He was challenging them, though he smiled behind his mask. "The Void Beast beckons this world to a final peace. Mankind will be at last given what they deserve. This endless world of desires coming to an end. Man devouring and slaughtering one another..."
He chuckled. His voice was the same as it had been.

Kasumi had just begun to relax... here were two people, probably completely out of their depth... and from the sounds that poor Terra was making, hadn't even gotten the chance to henshin before... well... She smiled and held up her wand toward Terra. "Yes... All you need to say is your planet, with power make up for the first bit... As you get stronger there are usually more words to the incantation that unlocks the henshin sticks. Fredrick made them to be more complicated so that people didn't accidently find themselves tapping into planetary power."
She gave Terra a conspirators grin. "Youma is the japanese word for Monsters. In my time we would fight youma who were trying to hurt the people in our cities. Very few senshi and knights live peaceful lives without... complications..." She crinkled her nose and tossed her hair back over her shoulder. "I'll start with home first... My home, where I lived with my parents is over there, in Crystal Tokyo's palace. Neo-Queen Serenity built it with her friends after the great crystal age that froze the earth." She pointed toward the moon palace's rounded towers. "That, over there is the moon kingdom palace, which was about 2,000 or so years give or take to your timeline I think... Elysian was the Golden Kingdom's heart and the center of the earth... And that.." She pointed up with her henshin rod. "Is older then all those places by at least a thousand years. It was the ship that conveyed people from a dying, crowded world to this solar system to establish colonies."
She winked to Terra. "Surprisingly before my time. The First Sailor Pluto wasn't born until the Silver Millenium with the..."
It was about then that music hit the amphitheater. Singing. A song. IN a language she didn't know, nor for a few moments did she even know 'who' was singing. The henshin stick twirled in her fingers as she stepped forward before Terra and Tuygen and looked toward the masked man who had entered toward them. One moment it was Kasumi, then, after a moment, a heart beat and a whisper-- and a cool flash of light to prevent hentai's from drooling, she was back to Sailor Pluto. Her henshin rod was replaced with the time staff.
"It's not polite to interrupt a conversation and not introduce yourself." She kept her eyes on the masked man but whispered to Terra and the man who was still henshined..
"I don't recognize him either. His voice? His voice is familiar though I can't place it. If he makes a move for you, run."
